These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between TruuDottts™ Inc. ("Company") and any individual or organization ("Client") who purchases data products or consulting services. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.
We provide custom-built US homeowner datasets ("TruuOwner® builds") and related consulting services. All products are delivered digitally as CSV files via secure file transfer. Service scope, volume, filters, and delivery timelines are confirmed during the order scoping process.
Payment terms are established at order confirmation. Delivery timelines — typically 24–48 hours — are confirmed during the scoping process. TruuDottts™ Inc. reserves the right to delay delivery if source data availability changes after order confirmation. All sales are final upon delivery of the approved sample and confirmed order.
All builds include a sample review stage prior to final delivery. The Client is responsible for reviewing the sample and confirming accuracy before the final file is released. Requests for adjustments must be made during the sample review window.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TruuDottts™ Inc.'s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. TruuDottts™ Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or revenue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware. TruuDottts™ Inc. is a domestic General Corporation incorporated in Delaware (File No. 10430716).

When you submit a quote request, partner application, or job application through this site, we collect the information you provide — name, email, phone, company, and project details. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The Client is solely responsible for the lawful use of any dataset delivered by TruuDottts™ Inc. This includes full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
TruuDottts™ Inc. includes Do Not Call indicators where available by geography and data source. Inclusion of DNC flags does not constitute legal compliance advice. Clients must conduct their own scrubbing and compliance review prior to use.
Nothing on this website or in any delivered data product constitutes legal advice. TruuDottts™ Inc. makes no representations that use of delivered data will be compliant with any specific regulatory requirement. Clients are strongly encouraged to consult qualified legal counsel before initiating any outbound campaign.
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TruuDottts™ Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, fines, or penalties arising from Client's use of delivered data in violation of applicable law.
TruuDottts™ and TruuOwner® are trademarks and registered product names of TruuDottts™ Inc. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of these marks is strictly prohibited.
All content on this website — including copy, design, structure, and product descriptions — is the exclusive intellectual property of TruuDottts™ Inc. No portion may be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
TruuOwner® datasets are compiled and delivered for single-use commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of delivered data without a written reseller agreement is prohibited.
